Axolotl KH Buffer 7.2 250g

Description

Water with low buffering capacity, such as most tap water, can drop in pH very quickly. Low pH is acidic and can cause painful acid burn in axolotls. Axolotl KH Buffer 7.2 raises the KH (carbonate hardness) of your water, stabilises pH, reduces stress and helps prevent acid burn. Formulated with stable carbonates and added calcium to support strong bones, and made with chemically clean phosphates that shouldn’t contribute to algae growth.

Directions: Use 1 level teaspoon (approximately 5g) per 10 litres of water to raise KH by around 7dKH (125ppm) and stabilise pH above 7.2.
