African GH Conditioning Salts 500g

African GH Conditioning Salts help your aquarium emulate the water parameters of the Great Lakes of Africa. Phosphate free, they contain a range of essential minerals, elements and trace elements that promote good health and support osmosis control in African cichlids, as well as minerals that assist with fish fertility and egg production.

Directions: Use 1 level teaspoon (approximately 5g) per 10 litres of water to raise GH (general hardness) by around 12dGH (215ppm) and stabilise pH to approximately 8.3. For Tanganyika cichlids, use 1 rounded teaspoon (approximately 8g) per 10 litres to achieve a GH of around 19dGH (340ppm). For Malawi cichlids or a mixed African tank, aim for around 16dGH with a pH over 8.0.
